We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Branch Head to join our team in the Direct channel. The ideal candidate should have 7-12 years of experience in the job market context of India and be well-versed in sales strategies, team management, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets
- Manage and motivate the team to deliver high-quality results
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor and report on branch performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers

- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
