Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head (AVP) at Workassist. As a Branch Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment services to clients. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving business growth in the Greater Kolkata Area.

• Enhancement of Deposit Pool from Customers.
• Establishing standards and delivery of service.
• Sale of non-deposit products. Cross-selling targets progressively.
• Sale of MF and Insurance products.
• Fee Income.
• Branch Administration.
• Regulatory Compliance.
• Manage productivity and overall morale of branch team me.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in the recruitment industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of the Greater Kolkata Area job market
• Experience in business development and driving sales
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deliver results
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
