Experience- 3 +year

Salary- Up to 3.60 LPA + Travelling allowance + Incentives

Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduates

Location- Punjab

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Should be able to generate leads and take the entire sales cycle to closure with limited or no intervention from Manager
• Ensuring prompt customer service & implementing various customer related initiatives in assigned region.
• Ensuring that the IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, that are in force are adhered to in their respective area.
• Visit potential customers for new business
• Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales and profitability goals establish by the Direct-Sales Management
• Keep database current and accurate with target customer, current customer, and future customer
• Ensuring that business targets are met month on month.
• Increase branch footfall and presence along with demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
• Support in initiating branch engagement and marketing activities and growth campaigns.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

CANDIDATE BACKGROUND AND EXPECTATIONS:

1. Direct sales / Agency sales background.

2. BDE should have marketing knowledge and have plans to execute the same.

3. Should have good customer Interaction and Customer Service skill.

4. Minimum 2 Years of insurance sales experience.
