Role & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate credit proposals by assessing financial, business, and industrial risks, and making loan decisions.
- Verify the promoter's track record and ascertain their creditworthiness.
- Analyze prospective customers financial statements to determine their short-term and long-term solvency and liquidity positions.
- Ensure that the bounce rate and delinquency remain within acceptable standards.
- Monitor and enforce approval rates and turnaround times (TAT) as per prescribed standards.
- Ensure satisfactory monthly branch audit scores.
- Manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Conduct customer meetings to evaluate credit proposals.
- Track and close post-disbursement documentation (PDD).
- Ensure compliance with repayment instrument replenishment to maintain regular EMI repayments.
