AREA Responsibilities:- Assist in setting and achieving sales targets for the branch.
Implement and manage marketing initiatives and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare and analyze reports on branch performance, sales, and customer service metrics.
- Provide leadership and support to branch staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Handle any interpersonal conflicts or issues among staff members.
SPM with 1 years experience in retails or Diploma in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.- Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
