This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Woodrock Infotech Private Limited in Lucknow. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team members, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency and productivity within the organization.
Experience in operations management, team leadership, and process optimization in BPO only.- Knowledge of marketing and customer service strategies
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Experience in the tech industry is a plus
