BPO Telecalling

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a BPO Telecaller. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in order to promote and sell our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the BPO industry.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote and sell our products and services
• Achieve set targets in terms of sales volume and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good selling and negotiation skills
• Basic computer skills
• 0-1 years of experience in a BPO Telecalling role
• Minimum qualification of 10+2 from a recognized board
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
