BPO telecalling

Description

We are looking for a BPO telecalling executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to pitch our products/services to potential clients over the phone. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable handling a high volume of calls per day.

Responsibilities

• Pitching our products/services to potential clients over the phone.
• Answering any questions the potential client may have about our products/services.
• Updating the CRM system with relevant information about the potential client.
• Meeting daily/weekly call targets.
• Collaborating with other team members to improve call scripts and sales pitches.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in BPO telecalling (0-2 years).
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
• Able to handle a high volume of calls per day.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
