We are currently looking for a BPO telecaller with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our products and services. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our products and services.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals and targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills .
- Minimum qualification of a 12th / Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English, Tamil/telugu/kannada/malayalam and one regional language.
