• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely
• Install and manage system applications
• Provide cloud tech support to internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Experience with cloud computing (preferably Azure) is a plus
• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Freshers or candidates with 0-3 years of experience welcome
• Strong communication skills required

Salary: Up to 34,000 CTC

Shifts: 5 days rotational

Location: Work from office in Gurgaon
