BPO Fresher

Description

We are seeking a BPO fresher with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well in a team. The candidate must be willing to work in rotational shifts and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and responding to emails from clients
• Providing exceptional customer service and support
• Resolving customer complaints and issues
• Maintaining customer records and updating information in the system
• Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Skills and Qualifications

• Min.12th & above
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
• 0-2 years of experience in BPO or customer service roles is preferred
