We are seeking a BPO Fresher with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Meet daily and monthly targets

Skills and Qualifications

• Min.12th & Above.
• 0-2 years of experience in BPO or customer service
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
