We are looking for a BPO Fresher with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer queries and complaints via phone, email or chat.
• Resolving customer issues and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
• Performing data entry and maintaining customer records.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
