BPO Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a BPO Executive at Career Banega HR Solution located in Gurugram. The BPO Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. The role involves maintaining customer databases, processing customer orders, and resolving customer complaints or issues. The BPO Executive will also collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
