Responsibilities
Lead and manage the civil engineering team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success
- Develop and implement strategic plans for civil projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate civil engineering activities with overall project requirements
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles related to civil projects, maintaining a focus on safety and quality
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project progress, report on key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- 25-30 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry
- Demonstrated track record of successful project management and leadership
- Proven experience in civil engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration (preferred)
