Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial information detailing income, expenses, assets, and liabilities and prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your franchise business owners.
- Prepare/review and assist with bank account reconciliations.
- Submit/verify financial data for Royalty submissions.
- Train and support franchise and staff in industry software accounting practices and procedures.
- Support franchises with special accounting requests.
- Provide effective and efficient communication with assigned franchises to build strong relationships.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal information
- Understand and apply generally accepted accounting principles within the business environment.
- Ensure client transactions are recorded timely and accurately.
- Provide feedback for and participate in continuous improvement of procedures and processes.
- Perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classifications other than their own.

- Experience with QuickBooks Online.

- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to learn industry-specific software.

Education & Experience:
Education:
Associate's degree in accounting or general Business required, bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in general Bookkeeping/Accounting
- Expertise with QuickBooks (Online Required)
