Job Description

Responsibilities:

--GOOD EXPERIENCE IN ADVANCE EXCEL & QUICKBOOKS IS MUST--

  • 1-3 Yrs Experience
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software - QuickBooks and Xero;
  • Proficiency in Advance Excel;
  • Accurately record all financial transactions;
  • Balance the general ledger;
  • Create and distribute invoices;
  • Create financial statements;
  • File tax returns;
  • Manage company accounts;
  • Manage staff payroll;
  • Monitor compliance with local accounting laws and regulations;
  • Post debits and credits; and Track deviations from the budget.
  • Knowledge of accounting and best practices;
  • Data entry experience;
  • Excellent communication skills;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in related field
  • Proficient in Advance Excel, Xero and QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
