Responsibilities:
--GOOD EXPERIENCE IN ADVANCE EXCEL & QUICKBOOKS IS MUST--
- 1-3 Yrs Experience
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software - QuickBooks and Xero;
- Proficiency in Advance Excel;
- Accurately record all financial transactions;
- Balance the general ledger;
- Create and distribute invoices;
- Create financial statements;
- File tax returns;
- Manage company accounts;
- Manage staff payroll;
- Monitor compliance with local accounting laws and regulations;
- Post debits and credits; and Track deviations from the budget.
- Knowledge of accounting and best practices;
- Data entry experience;
- Excellent communication skills;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 1+ years of experience in related field
- Proficient in Advance Excel, Xero and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
