- Financial Recordkeeping: Accurately record financial transactions, including income, expenses, purchases, and sales, using accounting software or manual methods.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable: Process and track payments to vendors and suppliers. Maintain records of outstanding payables and due dates.
- Accounts Receivable: Generate and send invoices to clients or customers. Track and manage incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain a well-organized general ledger with accurate account balances and classifications.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize business expenses, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines and expense policies.
