we are looking for a Body shop advisor for our car dealership in dhandari kalan.
Job responsibilities are mentioned below:
- Providing customer service and guidance on repair processes.
Coordinating with technicians and customers to facilitate vehicle repairs.- Managing scheduling, quotes, and billing for body shop services.
Communicating effectively with customers about repair needs and status updates.
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for body work and repairs.
Scheduling appointments and managing repair timelines.- Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up after completion of services.
Keeping records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive setting.
Knowledge of body shop operations and vehicle repair processes.- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software for scheduling and billing.
