Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and assess their bodyshop needs, including collision repairs, paint jobs, and other bodywork services.
Provide accurate and detailed repair estimates and recommendations.- Schedule and manage bodyshop appointments to ensure timely and efficient service.
Coordinate with bodyshop technicians to monitor the progress of repairs and ensure quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Review and approve completed repairs, ensuring all work meets dealership and industry standards.- Handle insurance claims and paperwork, liaising with insurance adjusters as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bodyshop procedures, tools, and industry trends.
