Experience- 5+ yrs.

What the profile should look like

BMC Remedy ITSM or Helix Experience or with IT service management solutions in general

Experience with web servers (Tomcat) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix)

Experience in operating Windows and UNIX systems

Database and SQL know-how as well as experience in using various analysis tools.

ITIL certification an advantage

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Customer and solution-orientation

Excellent communication skills

Very good knowledge of English, nice2have German
