Sr. Key Responsibilities 1 Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the PCARM team for the cluster
2 Designing and implementing strategic sales plan including marketing activities to help the team in acquiring Premium new to bank customers
3 Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Branch Banking
4 Build a strong team of hrough Hiring of right candidates from Competition banks as per the prescribed hiring process.
5 Responsible for achievement of NTB, balances, fee income and Revenue targets on CA, TFX, WCF and Debit cards
C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement Qualifications Essential MBA / Post-Graduate / Graduate Experience Essential Minimum 3 yrs experience in Team management role in the Financial services Industry
D. Competency Requirements a. Technical Skills Skill Attribute Financial Products knowledge Good understanding of banking products CA, TFX, WCF, Retail Assets Team Management
Effective management of Sales team through regular monitoring and performance tracking
b. Behavioural Skills Skill Attribute Interpersonal skills High level of communication skills - written and spoken Enterprising Self-motivated and Goal oriented.
Key Performance indicators
1. Ensure quality Current account (PCA) sourcing by team-members
2. Achievement of monthly targets wrt NTBs, balances and cross-sell
3. Identifying, interviewing and onboarding of right profile candidate as PCARM
4. Guiding and motivating the team to ensure atleast 75% of team members meet their targets and earn incentives 5. Plan and implement regular Sales and marketing events and explore new avenues for business. 6. Revenue delivery - as per targets.
