Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned Techno Functional expert in the Blue Yonder Order Promising (BY OP) Module with a strong background in SAP OTC/SD. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Unix, and Control-M, and will be adept at handling cross-system integration, debugging, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- BY OP Functional Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder Order Promising with cross-functional expertise in SAP S/4 Order Management and OTC activities.
- Issue Debugging: Effectively debug issues across system integration layers, including middleware, database tables, and scripts.
- System Development: Understand requirements and develop BY-OP systems to meet business needs.
- Hands-on Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in:
- Real-time order promising and backorder processing.
- ATP, with a preference for knowledge in rules-based ATP and multi-level ATP (MATP).
- Allocation concepts, including allocation check and management.
- Backlog analysis.
- Master data management for order-related data.
- Custom Developments: Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications, manage custom developments, and ensure successful implementation. Conduct unit testing, system testing, end-user testing, business sign-off, and deployment.
- Implementation Support: Provide support for the current implementation and resolve critical issues as they arise.
- Analytical Skills: Utilize excellent analytical skills to promptly address user issues in accordance with support guidelines.
- Production Support: Be available 24x7 to handle production support issues as needed.

Required:
- Extensive experience as a functional expert in Blue Yonder Order Promising with a cross-functional understanding of SAP S/4 Order Management and OTC.
- Proficiency in debugging and resolving issues in cross-system integration, including middleware and database scripts.
- Strong development skills in BY-OP systems, with hands-on experience in real-time order promising, backorder processing, ATP, allocation management, backlog analysis, and master data management.
- Proven ability to develop functional and technical specifications for custom developments and ensure their successful implementation through comprehensive testing and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address user issues promptly and effectively.
- Availability for 24x7 production support.
Preferred:
- Experience with rules-based ATP and multi-level ATP (MATP).
- Strong understanding of allocation check concepts and allocation management.
- Proven track record of supporting implementations and resolving critical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
