Position: Blue Yonder/JDA Support Consultant
Location: Remote
Experience: 3+ years
Required Skills:
oprovide expert level support for JDA/Blue Yonder, Demand Planning modules.
oCollaborate with clients to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
oImplement and configure JDA/Blue Yonder solutions.
oCreate and maintain technical documentation.
oWork closely with development teams to identify and report bugs.
oStrong hands on experience with JDA Demand Planning - understanding it from a functional standpoint and strong expertise with the data structures
oStrong hands on experience with JDA Fulfillment - understanding it from a functional standpoint and strong expertise with the data structures
oExpert coding skills with both Perl and PL/SQL
oExperience designing and building integrations between JDA and another platform/package for execution
oStrong Data Analysis and problem-solving skills
oStrong experience with building and executing comprehensive test plans
oStrong experience with Oracle Database
Nice to Have
oExposure to iSeries platform and DB2 would be a plus
oExperience with Message Queueing Systems and Enterprise Service Bus Architecture
oExposure to Oracle ERP
