Established in the heart ofEurope, SettleMint has expanded to the UAE, India, Singapore and Japan.

We are currently looking for experienced Solution Architects in India to support global clients. Solution Architects at SettleMint play a key role in businessdevelopment and channel partner activation as well as in solution delivery for clients.Want to immerse yourself on the cutting edge of a rapidly evolving technology, workin a rapidly growing company and make a dent in a number of global issues alongthe way If yes and you are self-directed, client-focused and results-oriented, wewould love to welcome you to our team.

You will be working on

• Developing expertise on our platform solutions and components offerings
• Understanding client's requirements and guiding them with our blockchain solutions and offerings
• Work with the software delivery and the product development team to achieve the client's project deadlines
• Managing delivery team of software engineers.
• Presales technical meeting and architecture documentation.
• Developing POCs.
• Writing concise and effective technical proposals.
• Handling technical support requests during project delivery

And you have:

• Client-facing experience as a consultant, analyst, or in a technical sales role.
• The ability to clearly explain the core concepts that make blockchains work and explain how these are manifest in various protocols
• The intellectual curiosity and technical background to deep dive into (and understand) emerging blockchain and DLT solutions.
• Experience preparing written SOW and RFI-RFP responses
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written forms
• Strong knowledge of blockchain ecosystem
• At least 2 years of programming experience
• Experience in Solution Architecture or strong knowledge of software architectural principles.

It is super if:

• You have project management methodology certification (Agile/Lean, Prince 2, PMI) or equivalent by experience. You know how to get it done right the first time.
• You have experience delivering training in the blockchain space.
• You are a recognized blockchain thinker in a specific domain and have experience in public speaking at events and conferences.
• You don't shy away from (and you can)roll up your sleeves to reviewcode from time to time

You will be busy:

• Joining client sales meetings and participating in events.
• Writing proposals for client engagements together with the Sales colleagues.
• Working with our colleagues globally, coordinating and brainstorming.
• Supporting clients and partnersin the implementation of their solutions
• Keeping up to date with industry and technology evolutions.
• Learning, growing, and developing professionally.
