Job Summary: As a Blockchain Developer at Winngoo, you will play a critical role in developing, enhancing, and securing our blockchain-based payment platform. You will work on integrating blockchain technology with our existing payment systems, creating decentralized applications (DApps) and smart contracts to enable secure, transparent, and efficient digital transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Blockchain Integration: Develop and integrate blockchain-based solutions into our payment systems to enhance security and transparency.
- Smart Contracts Development: Design, implement, and test smart contracts for handling payment transactions, loyalty programs, and other financial services.
- Security Enhancement: Ensure the security of blockchain transactions by developing and applying cryptographic methods and secure coding practices.
- Payment Solutions: Work on blockchain-based features such as cryptocurrency wallets, cross-border payment solutions, and real-time transaction processing.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of the blockchain network to handle high volumes of transactions with low latency.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to integrate blockchain solutions seamlessly into user-facing applications.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that blockchain solutions meet all regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies and propose innovative solutions for improving our payment platform.
- Testing & Documentation: Conduct thorough testing and create comprehensive documentation for blockchain-based payment solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in blockchain development, particularly in the payment or fintech sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or Binance Smart Chain.
- Expertise in developing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, including public/private key encryption, digital signatures, and hash functions.
- Experience with payment gateway integration, cryptocurrency wallets, and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with token standards like ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155.
- Knowledge of consensus mechanisms (e.g., PoW, PoS, PBFT) and blockchain scaling solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with API development and integration, especially in payment systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for blockchain deployment.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and scaling blockchain solutions for high-transaction-volume environments.
- Knowledge of digital identity and authentication mechanisms in blockchain.
- Experience with DeFi (Decentralized Finance) applications, particularly in lending, staking, or liquidity pools.
- Familiarity with blockchain interoperability protocols and cross-chain solutions.
- Understanding of financial regulations related to digital payments and cryptocurrencies.
