Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of blockchain technology experience.
- Strong research and debugging skills.
- System programming in Golang; knowledge of C++ and Rust is a plus.
- Proficiency in communication protocols (sockets, HTTP, WebSockets).
- Experience in writing performant and scalable server applications.
- Solid understanding of concurrency controls.
- Proven experience with unit tests and code quality.
- Intermediate-level experience in JavaScript or Node.js.
- In-depth knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and peer-to-peer networking.
- Familiarity with blockchain client codebases like Geth.
- Hands-on experience forking blockchain clients.
- Proficiency in Solidity for smart contract development.
- Strong Linux and networking skills.
- Experience creating Docker images and Debian packages.
