CLAIMS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT ( IM ) - blended process (50% back office & 50% voice) Fixed shift - 5:30pm to 2:30am and weekends off - Blended process b2b and b2c for credit cards , working on cases and files , where there is a dispute between the customer and the merchant in invoice amount or charges or to reverse an entry or wrongly charged.
EMM ( Electric Money Movement ) blended process (55% back office & 45% voice) Fixed shift
- 30pm & 9.30pm and any 2 work offs or Sat nd Sun Fixed off.
- customer service process its about electronic fund transfer coordination, electronic money (e-money) is broadly defined as an electronic store of monetary value on a technical device that may be widely used for making payments to entities other than the e-money issuer. The device acts as a prepaid bearer instrument which does not necessarily involve bank accounts in transactions.
None of the processes involve sales . It's pure customer service and inbound.
