Job Description:
- Change agent delivering Transformation / Process Improvement collaborating with Customer and Internal stakeholders to improve Business Metrics and outcomes.
- Deliver Business value to Customers by alignment to Customer goals and establish strong customer connect thru Customer governance.
- Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement support to multiple accounts
- Engage with accounts to ensure Zero Defect delivery
- Lead Transformation /CI program for the Customer
- Support Service Delivery Automation/Robotics for the Customer
- Provide Transition support to Customer/Domain thru set of transition deliverables
- Ensure Critical red projects resolution and support for the Customer
- Lead critical enterprise/client facing projects
- Create a culture of continuous improvement in business units
Skill Set:
- 7 plus years of quality and process improvement experience
- Black Belt Certified in Lean Six Sigma
- Should have led / mentored 2-3 LSS projects
- Good knowledge of various process improvement tools and techniques
Soft Skills:
- Strong motivator and ability to influence change and drive best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment & ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
