Position: Sr. Business Analyst
Experience: Minimum of 8-9 years of experience in business process analysis and BPM implementation. Extensive experience with the Bizagi BPM Suite, including process modelling, configuration, and deployment. Proven track record in project management and delivering complex BPM projects.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Summary:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing workflows using Bizagi Modeler. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and experience in process modeling and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Design and model business processes using Bizagi Modeler.
- Develop detailed process maps and workflows to support business process improvements.
- Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate and refine process models.
- Ensure that business processes comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and workflow designs.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of process improvements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new or revised processes.
- Able to provide possible integration ideas through RPA/AI
