BIW Fixture Designer

Role & Responsibilities:

Developing 3D models and Designs from conceptual inputs given by customer.

Modification of design and drawings after simulation or configuration study

Preparing Bill of Material & 2D develop

Quality Control Checking of 3D Model and 2D drawings

Educational Qualification:

DME / GTTC/NTTF/ BE Mech. / Machine Design.

Software Skills:

Solid works 3D/2D/BOM

AutoCAD

Catia V5 3D/2D/BOM

Microsoft Office.

Microsoft Excel

Technical skills :

Preparation of concept layout and technical specification for the machines.

Proficient in Design of BIW Fixtures, SPM Tool and Automations.

Drawing reading skills and use of GD&T symbols in drawings.

Know how of Jig Static Structural analysis

Professional Experience :

2 to 3 years of experience in Design of Automotive BIW Fixtures
