BIOS – UEFI and Coreboot

Description

We are looking for a highly skilled BIOS - UEFI and Coreboot developer with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in BIOS development and should be able to work independently and as part of a team to develop, test, and maintain BIOS and firmware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BIOS - UEFI and Coreboot code base
• Debug and troubleshoot BIOS related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure BIOS compliance with hardware specifications
• Develop and maintain BIOS documentation
• Ensure timely delivery of BIOS solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to BIOS development

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in BIOS development
• Strong understanding of BIOS - UEFI and Coreboot architecture and development process
• Experience with x86 architecture and assembly language
• Experience with C/C++ programming
• Experience with firmware development tools such as Git, JTAG, GDB
• Experience with BIOS debugging and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and specifications related to BIOS development
