Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Biomedical Equipment Sales Representative with a strong background in sales and lead verification in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, a deep understanding of biomedical equipment, and a passion for improving patient care through innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the healthcare sector.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our biomedical equipment and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of sales experience in the biomedical equipment or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and medical technology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
