Job Title: BIM Trainer (Minimum 3+years of experience) Expertise: BIM Employment: Full Time Notice Period: Immediate Joiner / 15 Days / 30 Days REQUIREMENT we are looking for a BIM Trainer responsible to deliver industry-relevant training to our trainees and training clients in accordance to local standards and project requirement. Providing drawings to record existing facilities, space planning and coordination of phased upgrades. The candidate should have knowledge in AutoCAD software's like Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (Previously known as BIM 360), Civil 3D, and relevant CAD software. Proficient to train internal staffs in CAD and BIM as per company CAD/BIM standards. Develop and Plan BIM Learn Resources and Training Programs. Able to setup & execute training programs for different type of resources. To be interactive with trainees and provide best assistance and guidance to trainees. To coordinate and execute administrative works given by Management, including maintaining a database of all training materials and training records and developing monitoring systems for evaluation of learner skills and performances. Keep abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology. Involvement with work-related committees (external or internal) including BIM Centre of Excellence (CoE) Conduct BIM/Digital Technology training for external corporate groups. Occasionally may produce quality drawings/models and presentations for departmental uses. Job Requirements: Experienced in BIM and digital technology implementation for the Built Environment Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM related training delivery in the built environment. Candidates with BIM management experience is an advantage. Well-versed in Autodesk BIM softwares and other BIM tools. Strong knowledge skillset in BIM concepts and softwares. Passionate in exploring and implementing the latest digital technology
