Role Description

This is a full-time role for a BIM Team Leader at BimOffis. The BIM Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing the BIM team, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with clients and project managers, developing and implementing BIM strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Experience in leading and managing a BIM team
• Proficiency in Clash Detection, quantity takeoff, and 4D/5D BIM methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project managers
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in BIM models
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
