Job Description
Oversee the creation, management, and coordination of BIM models and data throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts in BIM models.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate their input into the BIM workflow.
Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability between different BIM authoring tools and platforms.
Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of BIM data and models.
Conduct regular model audits and reviews to identify and address inconsistencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC platform
Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols, including but not limited to COBie, IFC, and LOD
Comprehensive understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
Expertise in interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures for BIM data and models.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to address complex design and construction challenges.
Leadership qualities to guide project teams and mentor junior staff members in BIM processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills.
