Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a MEP BIM Modeller with 2 to 5 Years of Experience. The BIM Modeller will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Building Information Modeling (BIM) and will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to create and modify 3D models, coordinate project data, and ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeller or in a similar role
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex project data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
• Experience with clash detection, coordination, and resolving conflicts in BIM models
• Understanding of 3D visualization, rendering, and virtual reality technologies
