BIM Modeler (Revit MEP - HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Location: Teynampet, Chennai

Shift: Night Shift

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate BIM models for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems using Revit MEP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to seamlessly integrate MEP systems into the overall project models.

Utilize BIM software, including Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks, to create detailed designs and documentation for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.

Assist in clash detection and resolve design conflicts during project coordination.

Prepare comprehensive HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting drawings, schedules, and specifications in line with project requirements and regulatory standards.

Work with senior BIM modelers and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies, contributing to team development.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting design, with a willingness to work in Revit MEP.

Certification in Revit MEP is required.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems, standards, and best practices.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience working with BIM software such as Revit MEP and Navisworks.
