BIM Modeler

This is a full-time on-site role as a BIM Modeler at MEP projects located in Chennai. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. They will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accurate representation of project designs and specifications in the BIM models. The BIM Modeler will also assist in clash detection, coordination, and reporting.

• Proficiency in using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination
• Knowledge of relevant construction codes and standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in BIM modeling for MEP projects is preferred
