To work as part of our Building Services team for WSP USA in WSP India CRC to provide CAD/BIM support to engineering projects. The successful candidate's role will be as BIM Modeler - Mechanical in our Bengaluru office. You will report to Principal Engineer in Project functionally and reporting to Line manager operationally.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Mechanical Drawings - 3D Revit coordinated models
- Work closely with USA office to ensure required BIM standards are followed in the CRC Team.
- Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualizations
- Prepare quantities for use in BoQs from the 3D model
- Provide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design models
- Support the development and delivery of Project training to the Juniors
- Coordination with other discipline team members (like Electrical, Plumbing, etc.)
- Clash detection and clash resolution
- Create Parametric Revit Families

- Experience of working on modelling, coordination and managing of International Projects
- Expert user of AutoCAD, Revit MEP & Navisworks
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Excellent working knowledge of BIM software (version 2019 and above). Must have good capability on the below:
