Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a BIM Modeler at Loops Group. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for construction projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate and detailed models, and ensure that all project stakeholders have access to the necessary information. You will also be responsible for coordinating with design teams and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise during the modeling process. This role requires a strong attention to detail and proficiency in BIM software.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles
- Knowledge of construction processes and workflows
- Ability to interpret and work with architectural and engineering drawings
- Experience in clash detection and coordination
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in Designing, Modeling.
- Professional certification in BIM (preferred)
