Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior BIM Modeler to join our team in Madurai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. As a BIM Modeler, you will be an integral part of our design and engineering team, focusing on creating detailed and precise models that align with our project requirements.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar BIM Modeler role
- Engineering Background (B.E / B.Tech (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in Revit (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in Navisworks (Mandatory skill)
- Strong skills in 3D Modeling
- Excellent understanding of Building Information Modeling
- Experience in Construction Documentation
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams
- Effective problem-solving abilities to address design and engineering challenges
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for various projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and manage construction documentation aligned with project requirements
- Utilize BIM tools to identify and solve design issues efficiently
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on BIM model progress
- Ensure all models and drawings meet company and industry standards
- Assist in the development of BIM workflows and best practices
- Maintain the highest level of attention to detail and quality in all projects
