Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Modeler to join our team at Inches N Feet. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 3D models and digital representations of our architectural and structural designs. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit)
- Knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and industry standards
- Experience with clash detection and coordination
- Familiarity with quantity take-off software and estimation procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Roles And Responsibilities
- Create accurate 3D models and digital representations of architectural and structural designs using BIM software
- Develop and maintain detailed design documentation including drawings, plans, and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project coordination
- Implement BIM methodologies and best practices to facilitate efficient and effective design workflows
- Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution with other disciplines
- Generate accurate quantity take-offs and material schedules
- Create construction details and shop drawings for various building systems
- Keep up to date with industry standards, new BIM technologies, and emerging trends in the AEC industry
