Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler at BES Consultants in Thane. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for Building Information Modeling (BIM), architectural, structural modeling, Mechanical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination, and creating construction drawings. Opportunity to work with wide spectrum of design team

Qualifications

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler skills
• Architecture and Construction Drawings experience
• Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge
• Proficiency in relevant software tools
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Skills and Capabilities

-Diploma / Degree in Civil engineering

-Min. 4 years experience in MEP BIM modelling and BIM management

-ability to work in a given timeframe with less supervision

-Goodunderstanding and able to communicate, attend meetings.

-Good In English communication, speaking and writing

-Willing to relocate to Thane-Mumbai
