Job Descriptions

MEP (Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) & Structure - 3d BIM modeler with good experiencing in modelling, coordinating, managing team. Able to work for various types of buildings

work independently to create detailed BIM MEP and Structure modelling

Able to understand various MEP drawings / Plans / Sections.

Good knowledge on aspects of building services including HVAC, Mechanical Pipework

Opportunity to work with wide spectrum of design team

Able to collaborate with project team, gain knowledge in wider disciplines.

We are not a outsourcing company, our team will have a good exposure in real projects with deeply involved from design to constructions.

Skills and Capabilities

-Diploma / Degree in Civil engineering

-Min. 2 years experience in MEP BIM modelling and BIM management

-ability to work in a given timeframe with less supervision

-Goodunderstanding and able to communicate, attend meetings.

-Good In English communication, speaking and writing

-Willing to relocate to Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai
