Numbertree is hiring for BIM Managers (BIM (Building Information Modeling) - Immediate Joiner profile for Mumbai Location. Please find below the job description:-

Experience: 12 20 Years

Qualification : B.Tech /B.E Civil

Good Communication Skill (English - Reading, Writing & Spoken)

Job Responsibilities/Key Responsibility Areas:

Creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software

Creating detailed construction drawings that include all necessary information such as materials types and quantities required

Examining and reviewing or assessing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements (BOQ Item wise) based on drawings

Analyzing plans to determine structural integrity and estimate costs for materials and labor

Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure a project is completed on time and within budget

Quantity surveying relies on technical measurement tools for accurate cost results. For example, building historical cost data to analyze and give the early cost advice, budget the bench-marked projects and prepare the life-cycle plan. They must have a thorough understanding of building regulations to hold on to them and make sure the building project passes.

Certifications of measurements claimed by sub-contractors as per approved drawings and physical progress

The primary role of a quantity surveyor includes calculating the budget based on the consumers requirement and preparing an effective budget estimate for each stage of the construction process.

Documenting relevant changes in design and updating budgets when required

Liaising and working collaboratively with site managers, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Required skills and qualification:

Qualified in Construction Engineering and Management/Technology

Preferred candidate with 7 to 10 years of experience in BIM detailing work from pre-construction through the handoff phase of commercial construction. Expert in AutoCAD MEP and Revit or similar BIM software.

Communication Skills. A BIM specialist must communicate well in verbal, written and visual mediums for better transparency in project data dissemination.
