We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled BIM Manager to join our team. As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and strategies across projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows across projects. -
- Collaborate with project teams to define and enforce BIM protocols and best practices. -
- Oversee the creation and management of BIM models for various disciplines using software like Autodesk Revit. -
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. -
- Perform clash detection and coordinate the resolution of conflicts between different systems within the BIM models. -
- Review and verify construction drawings and documentation for compliance with project requirements. -
- Provide training and support to project team members to enhance their understanding and proficiency in BIM workflows. -
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and practices. -
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and associated documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. -
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager or in a similar leadership role. -
- Extensive proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or Bentley Systems software. -
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, protocols, and standards. -
- Ability to interpret and analyze architectural and engineering drawings and specifications. -
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. -
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. -
- Experience with clash detection software and coordination with other disciplines. -
- Professional certifications in BIM, such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP), are highly preferred
