Maharashtra Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (MRIDC or MAHARAIL) is a government organization focused on boosting rail infrastructure projects in the Maharashtra State. The organization aims to fulfill the long pending demands for new railway lines and develop critical connectivity and capacity enhancement in the state. MRIDC is also responsible for the construction of Road over Bridges (ROBs) throughout Maharashtra.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Manager located in Mumbai. The BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to Building Information Modeling (BIM), BIM coordination, virtual design, and architecture. They will also be involved in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) projects.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM coordination
- Knowledge of virtual design and architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience in the railway or infrastructure industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
