We are seeking a skilled BIM Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the job market context of India, with expertise in BIM software and management. The BIM Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM processes across projects, ensuring quality control, and developing and maintaining BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage BIM processes across projects
• Ensure quality control of BIM processes and deliverables
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM is integrated into all project phases
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes
• Manage BIM software licenses and subscriptions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM management in the job market context of India
• Expertise in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and protocols, including LOD, COBie, and IFC
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM workflows and standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in providing training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes
• Ability to manage BIM software licenses and subscriptions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology
