Job Summary:

The BIM Lead isresponsiblefor setting up and asissting in development of BIM environment on the project, helping the work processes for the design reviews, and ensuring the BIM compliance of models and drawings. The project BIM Lead's responsibilities include setup and maintenance of BIM 360, Revit , NavisWorks, Model Coordination and Design Collaboration, help model interface management, drawing and schedule development, data Integration, and asissting in development of BIM Execution Plans.

Major Responsibilities:

• Assisting in development of the project BIM strategy, requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Validate design components such as libraries, catalogues, families, templates, and models used inRevit.
• Maintain the graphic and non-graphic data embedded in the BIM models, ensure data completeness,correctness, and accuracy.
• Set-up and maintain BIM Model Coordination and Design Collaboration environment.
• Provide BIM production support to project teams, setup and configuration of the Common Data
• Environment (CDE), project model environment, model federation and interference managementsystems, data quality checking process, model coordination and deliverable generation.
• Developing BIM workflows for the project stakeholders and subcontractors
• Training and upskilling project delivery teams in BIM processes and tools.
• Conducts regular assessments to review the implementation of the BEP and level of BIM maturityachieved on the Project.
• Monitors BIM deliverables to ensure compliance with theagreed-upon information delivery plans,standards and work processes.
• Serves as a liaison between IT staff, GIS professions and local BIM users.
• Conducts BIM coordination meetings with all stakeholders.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computers or related science from a four-year accredited college or university and 8+ years experience or in lieu of degree, 12+ years of progressive experience in relevant industry.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a BIM Professional in engineering, design, and construction industry.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Working knowledge of Autodesk authoring platforms including features, functions, and limitations.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360 Suite, and Navisworks.
• Understands project workflows from design, estimation, construction administration and coordination.
• Proficient in oral and written communications skills.
• Collaborates well in a team environment.
• Ability to manage priorities and take on additional evolving responsibilities.
